The Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo focuses on the health, fitness and wellness of runners and endurance athletes. Exhibitors include retailers, personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other health professionals. The expo also includes free massages, a program of workshops and seminars for runners, as well as guest appearances by some of running's leading names.
The Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo is FREE and open to the public.
Thursday May 22nd
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. PFIZER HEALTH AND FITNESS EXPO & RACE KIT PICK UP*
Friday May 23th
10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PFIZER HEALTH AND FITNESS EXPO & RACE KIT PICK UP*
Saturday May 24th
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PFIZER HEALTH AND FITNESS EXPO - REGISTRATION & RACE KIT PICK UP*
NO NEW REGISTRATIONS AFTER 1:00 P.M.
10:30 a.m. - ING Ottawa Marathon Course Tour departs from the Expo
11:30 a.m. - ING Ottawa Marathon Course Tour departs from the Expo
1:00 p.m. - ING Ottawa Marathon Course Tour departs from the Expo
2:00 p.m. - ING Ottawa Marathon Course Tour departs from the Expo
3:00 p.m. - Registration and Race Kit Pick-Up closes for MDS NORDION 5K and 10K
* You must have photo ID or your Bib Number (available at the expo) to pick up Race Kits. Kits of friends and family members may be picked up by one individual, but that person must know ALL bib numbers (available at the expo). Please note: Race Kits will NOT be mailed out.
Sunday May 25th
6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. RACE KIT PICK UP AT CITY HALL
Last chance to pick up Race Kits in the lobby at City Hall (110 Laurier Ave). No new registrations accepted.
6:45 a.m. ING WHEELCHAIR MARATHON
7:00 a.m. ING OTTAWA MARATHON
9:00 a.m. ING OTTAWA HALF MARATHON
11:00 a.m. ING FAMILY 2K (New Start Time!)
12:00 noon AWARDS CEREMONY (FESTIVAL PLAZA)
All events will start at the intersection of Elgin and Laurier Streets.
SWEAT CHECK is available near the start area. Get there early to avoid a long line up.
